PRODUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL PAINT booths IN CARATE BRIANZA

These consist of paint containment tanks built of black painted or stainless steel sheet metal mounted on a sturdy frame to contain hydrostatic thrusts. They have a well-defined shape that allows the minimum volume of paint to be used while agitating the paint bath well.

Paint containment tanks

The treatment systems we build in Carate Brianza exemplify technical excellence.

They are composed of a series of ramps to move paints, complete with nozzle attachments which have been appropriately calculated for flow rate and spray pattern.
They also include mechanically sealed centrifugal recirculation pumps with a cast iron impeller that has been statically and dynamically balanced.

These tanks for immersion painting can be contained within sheet metal structures with inspection windows, entrance doors, and fans to extract paint odors.

Complete treatment facilities

The treatment systems we build at LEM Impianti in Carate Brianza come complete with a heat exchanger consisting of a suitably sized electric battery and an electronic temperature regulator with a 0–250ºC digital indicator.

The systems also include a probe to detect the temperature inside the oven and front and rear swing doors for entry and exit. The equipment is contained in a special case and is mounted on the electrical control panel. The entire system is designed for easy maintenance and internal cleaning and can also be removed.
