Washing tunnel

The painting systems and machinery we produce at LEM Impianti in Carate Brianza also include special washing tunnels. Options include multiple treatment stages, in line or in steps, built of sturdy panels in AISI 304 and/or 316 20/10 stainless-steel sheet metal.

These tunnels come complete with:
  • bottom sloping towards the containment tanks
  • supports to house and support the conveyor outside the tunnel
  • nylon brush slit closure for the hooks to pass through

Treatment tunnel

Our treatment tunnels consist of:
  • liquid containment tanks built of AISI 304 and/or 316 stainless steel sheet up to 25/10
  • collector with connection fittings for the ramps that can be easily removed for eventual maintenance
  • series of ramps suitably sized in relation to the type of pieces and treatment required, complete with nozzle connections
  • series of nozzles with appropriately calculated flow rate and spray pattern that can be easily removed via threaded cast-iron rings for eventual maintenance
  • series of anti-spray screens to delimit the treatment area and through which the pieces pass
  • gauges to control the operating pressure
  • probes to control the treatment liquid levels and solenoid valves to control and restore the levels, drawing on the next bath
  • centrifugal fan to extract vapors
  • ducts connecting the tunnel and fans made of welded or galvanized sheet metal
